## Out-Of-State Residential Treatment Program (058)

##### Service Code Definition:

A regional center shall classify a vendor as an Out-of state residential treatment program if the vendor provides an out-of-state residential treatment program for regional center consumers. Department approval is required pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code 4519.
