Crisis Team – Evaluation and Behavior Intervention (017) #
Service Code Definition: #
A regional center shall classify a vendor as a Crisis Team – Evaluation and Behavioral Intervention provider if the vendor provides crisis intervention services designed to support and stabilize the consumer in the consumer’s current living arrangement or other appropriate setting (e.g., day program, school, community respite). Crisis Team – Evaluation and Behavioral Intervention includes, but is not limited to: include consultation with parents, individuals, or providers of services to develop and implement individualized
crisis treatment, as well as supplemental crisis intervention services.
