Professional Copying, Reporting and Technical Services (100) #
Service Code Definition: #
A regional center shall classify a vendor as a Professional Copying, Reporting, Technical Services provider if the vendor provides or
obtains one or more discrete, specialized administrative services needed to implement the consumer’s IPP, including, but not limited to: immigration and naturalization fees; medical record copying; vital statistics (birth certificates, death certificates, etc.) documentation; vocational evaluation; police reports, criminal evaluations and investigations; assistance for difficult and complex Social Security issues; conservatorship services; and/or paralegal assistance.
