# 890 Transportation Auto Driver

## Transportation Auto Driver (890)

##### Service Code Definition:

A regional center shall classify a vendor as transportation auto driver if the vendor provides the transportation to authorized services identified in the consumer’s IPP and the vendor:

(A) Is an individual who is actually providing the transportation service;

(B) Possesses a valid California driver’s license; and

(C) Has evidence of maintenance of adequate insurance coverage.
