Pharmaceutical Services (765) #
Service Code Definition: #
A regional center shall classify a vendor as a provider of pharmaceutical services if the vendor is:
(A) A person who is validly licensed as a pharmacist by the California State Board of Pharmacy, and who identifies, prepares, or preserves compounds and dispenses drugs; or
(B) A pharmacy which is validly licensed as a pharmacy by the California State Board of Pharmacy, and which
is a facility where medicines are compounded or dispensed.
