Home Health Agency (854) #
Service Code Definition: #
A regional center shall classify a vendor as a home health agency if the vendor possesses a valid home health agency license issued by DHS, or meets the requirements established by DHS for providing home health services, and is primarily engaged in providing skilled nursing services and at least one of the following:
(A) Physical therapy;
(B) Occupational therapy;
(C) Speech therapy;
(D) Medical social work; or
(E) Home health aide services.
