Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home – Individual Services (901) #
Service Code Definition: #
Per Title 17, Section 59050, “Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home” means an adult residential facility or a group home certified by the Department and licensed by the Department of Social Services that provides 24-hour non-medical care to individuals with developmental disabilities who require enhanced behavioral supports, staffing, and supervision in a homelike setting, as defined in Section 4684.80 of the Welfare and Institutions Code. An Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home shall have a maximum capacity of four consumers. See T17, CCR, Sect 59072 for description of how the rate is set for each component.
