Service Code Definition: #
A regional center shall classify a vendor as a driver trainer if the vendor possesses the skills and training necessary to teach other individuals to drive automobiles and meets the following requirements:
(A) Possesses a current certification by the California Department of Motor Vehicles as a driver instructor; and
(B) Possesses a current and valid California driver’s license.
