Service Code Definition: #
A Group Home for Children with Special Health Care Needs (GHCSHN) provides 24-hour health care and intensive support services in a homelike setting that is licensed to serve up to five children or non-minor dependents with developmental disabilities.
GHSCHNs shall meet the requirements, standards and qualifications specified in WIC Sections 4684.5-4684.77 and Health and Safety Code Section 1567.51.
