Medicare Part D Premium and Medications (009) #
Service Code Definition: #
A regional center shall classify a vendor as MediCare Part D premiums if the vendor is a CMS approved Part D Prescription Drug Plans/Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PDPs/PBMs) vendored by Central Valley Regional Center (CVRC), or by another regional center upon prior approval by the Department of Developmental Services; and/or Part D medications or co-payments purchased from any regional center vendored pharmacy. Regional centers may also use this service code to reimburse consumers/caregivers for medications excluded from the PDP.
